Ingredients
- 2 rounds sliced pineapple, 1/4-inch thick
- 2 bagels, cut in half and toasted
- 4 ounces whipped cream cheese
- 2-3 Tablespoons Tropical Fruit Jam, Mimosa Jam , Tangerine Marmalade or Lemon Pear Marmalade
Directions
- Cut pineapple rounds in half and remove the core. Brush with oil on both sides.
- Cook over a hot grill 5-6 minutes per side until lightly charred and golden. Set aside to cool.
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese with Tropical Fruit Jam and stir until uniform.
- Spread flavored cream cheese on the bottom half of each bagel. Place grilled pineapple over cream cheese spread.
- Place top half of bagel over pineapple and serve.
